"I stayed at Radisson Vrindavan with family for 5 nights. The location is excellent as it offers excess to temples easily. The room and beds are nice and comfortable. However the bath and toilet were not up to the Radisson standards globally. The door bell did not work, the cleaners forget to replenish the daily basic supplies. I had to call and request for supplies three times during my stay. I think this issue can be resolved with continuous staff training. I found almost all of the staff very polite and friendly. Staff stand out for me who showed willingness to offer exceptional level of services are Anup Singh (floor supervisor), Yogesh and team at restaurant serving breakfast and reception team. Thank you guys for looking after me and family. The quality of breakfast was brilliant as well. May be a good idea to add few more healthy options. Overall stay was not bad but there is definitely room of improvements in my opinion. Hope this helps. Cheers"
