"Hotel Eremo is a former monastery. You are greeted immediately by name by the friendly staff. The property is serene, dining is available outside in a courtyard, at the pool, in your room. There is an amazing breakfast buffet. There is a spa or cooking classes by the chef which need to be reserved in advance. It is necessary to have a car to visit the beach or surrounding towns. We also drove to the oldest winery in Sicily for a tour, tasting, and lunch."

"Un endroit magnifique tenu par une femme géniale! Notre coup de coeur du voyage, Grazia est une des personnes les plus gentilles qu'il soit avec des conseils sur Ragusa géniaux. L'appartement est magnifique et l'emplacement parfait car situé entre abla et ibla avec un parking gartuit à proximité. Nous pourrions écrire bien plus sur toutes les qualités mais c'est sans hésiter que nous conseillons ce petit coin de paradis chez Grazia!"
