The hotel overall was very modern and stylish looking, but has no parking. The problem was they moved me 3 times upon my arrival.Yhe first room was out of order and freezing. the second room had a strange, strong odor and the microwave didn't work. Finally, they put me in a third in a room that had no problems. But housekeeping never came. When I asked about being comped for the room fiasco, they told me if I made my reservation through them, They would have given me a free night. What does that have to do with anything? That's a poor excuse for bad customer service. I won't be staying at Hyatt again.
