As me and my granddaughter came in really late one night (after 1 am) it was a relief for us that a security guard met us at the door. He then escorted us to our room to make sure we were safe. Really nice touch of service. Only complaint was that we were there for 4 days and cleaning of our room never done. Had to ask for more clean towels and cloths.

I say that this hotel a few days after my mother passed away in November. And I experience the most kindness that I've ever felt from strangers from the front desk once they found out I was grieving. This is why I decided to come back even though difficult but the staff is amazing and regardless of the sketchy area. I've always felt safe here even in the worst time of my life

First of all I commend the staff. They were very friendly and accomodating. My family and i were there for a cheer competition for my great granddaughter. After a 5 1/2 hr drive, we arrived aout an hour or so before check-in time. The desk clerk allowed us to check in early and waived the $25 fee. The room and bed was neat and clean. The bathroom was clean. The environment felt safe and no problems were noted. Would stay again

The elevator was out. Had to climb 3 flights of stairs to our room. Stairwell doors were propped open which I am pretty certain is against fire code. Also, the stairwell was filthy with stained walls, railings, and stair treads. The room was fine and comfortable.
