NOBODY is on site. You have to call a call center to check in. Nobody answered our call and we couldn’t check into the room we’d already paid for. Money gone. No room.

Before I checked in the hotel gave me the opportunity to inspect the room. There was a strong odor present in the hallways and I was unable to open my hotel door without assistance because the door was jammed. Faculty did admit that they were aware that the door was difficult to open. Inside the room, stains were on the sheets on the bed, patches were on the wall, and mold was spotted in the tub and elevator when I returned back to the lobby. I don’t think it safe for anyone to book right now. I surely declined to stay after what I witnessed.

What i went through with the ignorance of the staff treating me like what they experienced and a grown man trying intimidate me based on his ignorant assumptions about me.(staff me I will never be the same. Thr staff should engaged in therapy if they are traumatized by what was or other things that went on. According to stories i was told. But to take it out on a customer is crazy and forever life changing

When I went to check in the lady at the front was very nice and gave me a key card to check the room first. As soon as I walked in there were roaches crawling on the counter, stains on the bed and the floor was cracked and broken, when I returned and told her she apologized and gave me another room, same thing stains on the bed and roaches crawling in the shower . I then went and said I was not staying here and left. I then called to get a refund because I had already booked and paid for an entire week but due to conditions I never checked in and was told the manager said no. Awful do not book here especially in advance. Stay at your own risk

Room was in terrible shape. Dirty floor, no blanket for bed, one drawer was broken and not on the track, fell off completely when I tried to open it, dangerous. Low price and I only stayed for one night, but worst condition I’ve ever seen for a hotel room.

Never checked in. I booked my room which was said to have 3 rooms left for availability at the time of booking. I get to the front desk around 10pm and was told everything had been sold out since 3 that afternoon. I asked even through it said rooms were available on the site. Yes, nothing is available at this time. I was told to call customer service to get a refund for not being able to check in for my stay. I did just that. I spoke with 3 different agents within the hotels.com team all trying to be helpful in their own way. I was told the hotel would have to be contacted for verification in order to get a refund for not staying which makes since. Fast forward 3 days later. I get an email stating there has been no answer at the hotel therfore no verification can be conducted and a refund could not be issued. If there were no rooms available at the time of my booking I should have not been able to book a room which would have eliminated all of this confusion now. A better way of keeping track of rooms available and not available somewhere needs to be put in place so this won't happen to someone else.

I would say that this hotel is by far the worest and discussed experience with a hotel and it's standard of cleanest on the grounds, in the building and definitely in the room. The facility throughout the building and room smell like weed and cigarette smoke. The facility as a whole was nasty especially the hallways and the room. The floors in the main room and bathroom was dirty and sticky, towels in bathroom wasn't clean properly, the had stains, refrigerator was rusted, cabinets was missing drawers, wall had wholes and wallpaper was peeling. I am 100 percent sure that i want recommend this hotel to my friends, family and coworkers. I travel around the US and the world and can restate that this hotel was the worest by far, zero stars/rating.

Long Term Stay Place
Do not stay here if you’re just passing through. This is mostly a by the week place. Minimal furniture, no lamp, bare walls and a mile long list of what’ll get you kicked out! Needless to say we kept our door well locked and didn’t venture out.

When I looked at both rooms we were getting they had dead bugs on the floor (cockroaches) and they just looked like they were not cleaned with the amount of dirt on the floors in both rooms if feel that there is no way it was just missed it was to much to miss. There was a shootout on the property and someone was shot in the lobby, i unfortunately got to see all the blood in the lobby..the room was missing drawers, the dresser was broken, the blinds were broken, em there wasn’t a shower curtain and the floors were disgusting and sticky. I was amazed to be offered the opportunity to inspect the room before I checked in. I've never experienced that. The room was a kitchenette, so if I hadn't planned to have dinner with friends I could've cooked. Although there were no dishes provided. The room was quiet and comfortable.

Jose, I do apologize for any inconveniences you experienced during your attempt to check in. However, our office hours are from 7am to 11 pm which are posted on our website and on your reservation. There is after hours check in for guest arriving between 11 pm and 7 am via phone in lobby that goes to the after hours cell. Per our commitment to our guest, the GM took every measure to accommodate your late arrival time of about 6:55 am as he arrived just after you at 7 am. per guest request the reservation was rescheduled for a Monday April 24, a more needed and suitable day. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to the opportunity to accommodate your reservation needs in the future.

It was clean and the staff were very nice but that’s really all I have good to say about it. It’s not a traditional hotel and the information on the description doesn’t really explain that. I’ve been in other extended stay hotels that were not like this. There was 2 towels in the bathroom and when I asked for more he said they usually charge people for more because of the nature of the hotel. He was nice enough to let me have extra without charging but no where on the description of the hotel did it say literally every single amenity is an extra charge. It was $200 for 2 nights and there was only two pillows and a sheet like blanket on the bed. No phone on the bedside table, not even a do not disturb sign for the door. I stayed in a hotel in Raleigh a week before for the same price and had a king sized bed with like 6 pillows, a down comforter, a hair dryer in the bathroom. All the typical stuff you would find in a hotel. I get this is an extended stay where travelers stay to work for weeks in the city but to not mention any of the bare bones on the description is false advertising. Not to mention the lady who looked like she was on drugs and could barely keep her head up next to a car in the hotel parking lot at 8am talking to two cops. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here for that amount of money and virtually no amenities.

Unfortunately, after i had made reservation and it was confirmed, the hotel called me the morning of the day i was scheduled to arrive and stated that "Sorry we are over full and will not be able to accomodate your reservation." I think thats a poor way to do business so be assured that i will not ever stay there.

The room was bare minimum, only one chair. Does not have blow dryer or coffee maker in it, no ice machine. Front desk is closed from 11pm-7am. Hotel said they are economy, but even those Hotels offer all of those things.

We apologize that the economic nature of our property did not meet your needs. However, as stated at check in, we are a non-traditional extended stay property unlike a traditional transient hotel. With that being said, some of the amenities offered by and expected from a Hilton, Marriot or other brands are not a part of our model due to the economic extended stay nature of our platform. It was nothing they did really that made me mad. I booked a room with two beds, but the lady didn’t have one available. So I called Expedia to get refunded for my room and I still didn’t get refunded yet!!!!

Do not stay here. It’s a shelter. Bad smell inside, everything dirty. The gave documents to sign that is not readable because of printer is not working properly.
