"The amenities are closed. Room is big but the whole building smells like cigarettes. Staff was rude when I stated that I would be changing my reservation for just 1 day instead of 2 days. Food from the noodles restaurant was absolutely nasty. Taste like they cooked my food in cleaning products. A complete waste of money. It was also very expensive too. When I return to this area, I wont recommend to anyone."

The highlight of the stay was Jesus, our breakfast server—he was absolutely fantastic and truly made the experience memorable. Friendly, attentive, and welcoming, he stood out and elevated our mornings. The hotel itself is reasonably priced, and parking was easy with convenient access to the lot at a fair rate, which was a big plus. However, the property is a bit dated and could really benefit from a refresh. One disappointment was that the main dining area was closed during our stay. Only the poolside restaurant was available, which wasn’t very comfortable, as seating consisted of wooden picnic tables. The bathrooms are also extremely small, which may be a concern for some guests. Additionally, the hotel isn’t within comfortable walking distance to restaurants or attractions, so having a car is pretty much necessary. Overall, it’s a decent stay for the price, with standout service from staff like Jesus, but improvements to the facilities and amenities would make a big difference."

"Just very underwhelmed with our stay. The property felt unusually quiet, even over spring break, which was surprising. We called regarding our water heater not working and never received a follow-up, which was frustrating. Check-in was also quite slow, we waited about 40 minutes with only two groups ahead of us. We had been told to expect an upgrade, but it wasn’t offered, nor was any form of credit or acknowledgment. Additionally, the pool conditions were disappointing. One of the main pools had very murky water, and the other was not heated, making it difficult to enjoy either. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations, especially given the standard the property aims to uphold."
