"Our check-in with Chelsea was great. She was friendly and helpful thru-out our stay with a number of things. The hotel and our room were quite dated and a bit worn. Everything was clean and comfortable enough but the entire place is shoddy. Security seemed fine for a downtown area, with most areas restricted by keycard to hotel guests only, but actual security personnel were never observed. On our floor (10th) the hall carpeting was worn and raised in several areas which could pose a tripping hazard to older guests."

"This is a great place! The host was helpful and responded to questions quickly. He was able to provide a spot to secure our bicycles. The breakfast was 10/10! We loved our room and the bathtub. This was a perfect stay. Lovely neighborhood with many food choices in walking distance. Can’t wait to return!"

"We had a wonderful stay! We decided on this trip that this is our hotel for any Twin Cities trips like this in the future. We have a three year old and the children’s swimming pool area is just perfect. We actually picked this hotel as a convenient option that stood out with a toddler mushroom waterfall. But they also had a small whale and a toddler sized water slide and small fountains in the floor in a zero entry area. They should have more pictures of the children’s pool online, but then they might be booked instead of a hidden gem! We had a beautiful room with a great view. And we loved the continental breakfast. I am celiac and they had gluten free bagels and muffins available! Plus the classic hotel waffles and buffet. They also had a European style flair with prosciutto and cheese and fruit. Unfortunately, on our last morning I missed the breakfast hours because I didn’t realize they closed an hour earlier on the Labor Day holiday Monday. The staff was very kind and offered the remaining options and they were all very helpful throughout our stay. We look forward to visiting again and making this our home away from home."
