생일맞아서 아이들고 가족여행으로 다녀왔어요. 리조트앞으로 수영장이 바로 있어서 아이들이 수영하기 좋았고 방도 조금 작았지만 침대가되는 소파와 냉장고도 있어서 지내기 불편하지 않았습니다. 직원분들 모두 친절해서 다음에 또 가야겠어요

Very friendly staff. Good location. It got very crowded on the weekend. Good thing there was an adult only pool. I don't know what the smoking rules are, but on Saturday and Sunday the guy in the room next to me was constantly smoking pot. Made it difficult to sit on the porch.

This was my second time staying at this property. Took my family during spring break. Property is nice and well maintained. Great place for family and pool fun. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping. I had to make multiple requests for having my room cleaned. It did not get cleaned on the second day even though I had made a call twice and left both times for housekeeping to clean my room. On the third day, had to ask 2 more times until it finally got cleaned. I was very frustrated on this basic service, especially with a family of 4 staying in a room. Perhaps they do not have enough staff to keep up with the spreak break crowd. But for the premium price I am paying during this time, I should at least get basic house keeping services.

The resort was too big and you needed ride to other parts of the resort. The splash park was broken. The arcade games were. Not too many eating option on the resort. The food in pool area was really poor quality.

The grounds are gorgeous and extremely quiet. There are a host of pools to lounge in and the pool with the main bar has music and good pool food. I would say the biggest issues I had were: the bathroom was older than I hoped for given the cost of the property, the pools had a lot of large and small bugs in it (which was not cleaned regularly), the staff was mediocre and my arrival was not welcoming and was slightly rude. Also the largest issue I had was with the AC ventilation was making large noises at night and I was unable to sleep. The front desk did refund me for the resort fee for that night and moved me to a different room, but the cost for the day/night is 330.00 so it still did not feel like the right value for the price. The last thing I will point out and if you want a good coffee, the cafe does not know how to make drinks which can be frustrating given that you would have to leave the property to get a proper coffee.

Food and drinks took nearly three hours at the pool. Food in the restaurant took about 90 minutes and came out at all different times. Pool was great service was terrible.

Our experience at the Omni was amazing. All of the staff was super friendly, especially the lifeguards to my son with special needs. They have live music on Friday and Saturdays and let my son play a drum session with them the singer Tish is amazing. Very fun for the kids. Lazy river, splash pad and free ice cream can’t beat that!

Property had lots of great amenities that you pay for in the resort fees, like pools, hot tubs, lots of dining options. Very family friendly which we liked and felt super safe and walking distance to lots of restaurants. The room could have been a bit cleaner (finger print marks on the doors, floors in bathroom could use a good scrub). The restaurant there gets very busy on the patio. Apparently to sit outside you need to make reservations even though we are hotel guests. No one told us this major point at check-in. My biggest issue was that they put us on a second level floor facing the pool which was noisy. We specifically booked an accessible room on the first floor with a Vista View. We needed this as we have a four month old baby and they have no elevators there so it’s a lot of stuff and a baby to lug up and down. They moved us to our vista view room but on the second level, stating they had no first level rooms left, even though this is what I booked and have proof of through Expedia. The systems were all down due to a cyber attack, so check in took 30 minutes and we only got one room key which was super inconvenient for our family. They waived one night of resort fees, but to me that was not sufficient considering the major inconveniences we experienced. For roughly $800 CAD a night, we expected better from this resort.

Amazing staff! Everyone was incredibly friendly and kind. Only complaint was our tv never worked. The nicest man tried to fix it but he couldn’t. Hotel took the resort fees off my bill.

It was so crowded at the pools that we had to rush over very early to reserve lounge chairs, otherwise, there would be no place to sit with our children. There was no relaxing and sleeping in on our vacation due to that. Only one restaurant made it difficult to secure dinner reservations so we had to leave the resort a few times. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Their system was down due to hack and very poor services because of that. Rude and inconsiderate people at the pool shop. I am double charged for some charges since everything is manual. Vacation turned into a hassle. Hopefully the double charges get resolved and they can do things in an honest way.

Very family friendly. The multiple pools was such a hit and the kids had a blast. The only downside that we didn't know about is how quick the chairs were filled (there's a line by 8:30 am and the pools open at 9). One day, we got there at noon and had a hard time finding a spot. We will be back and plan better this time around. Highly recommend especially if you have young kids.

Just came back from overall a very nice stay at the Omni Resort. Extremely kid/family friendly- we thoroughly enjoy the ease of the lazy river and the multiple pool options and flexible hours of the pool and the gym facilities. The movie night option in the pool area is such a cute idea. The “beach” area did seem a bit tired and could use an update or at least more sand. Our room was conveniently located and spacious enough for two toddlers. The Palms Cafe offered a variety of food options that were quite tasty. I especially love the avocado toast. The main restaurant Bluember was also surprisingly delicious and a nice outdoor patio ambiance. My main complaints would be the lack of attention to detail with housekeeping as we stayed for four nights and by the third day we had to request for more toilet paper (not even a spare in the bathroom) and had to ask for a second mini lotion bottle and for the body wash bottle to be refilled etc. Upon initial check in we were told due to recent security breech, only one key per room which ended up being quite an inconvenience. We were told the resort fee would be waived but at check out we were informed this would be for just one night which seems to be a shame and a missed opportunity especially given we stayed for so many nights. We have no major complaints except for the cost per night and higher end resort, we expected just a bit “more”. We are excited to visit Palm Springs again although not sure yet if it will be somewhere else.

This hotel and property is good. But nothing about it is great. Rooms are older. And walls thin so can hear neighbors conversations, tv, music, etc. While we knew we were staying during a busy week (spring break) we didn’t realize how busy it would be. Lines for the pool formed 1hr before pool doors opened. People would rush in with handfuls of towels trying to save as many beach chairs as possible. Also the line at their coffee cafe each morning was very long. They need multiple cafes for a property this size. We paid for self park however there were multiple times the spots in front of our building were completely full. It didn’t help that staff parked their golf carts in spots too. Staff is friendly. And keep the property clean but you see them out with carts and everywhere all the time. The pools are good. Obviously why families love this place. Pool service is pretty quick. Again, came on a busy week but overall the place is good. Not great.

It was our fist time staying this resort, but our stay was not amazing at all. We stayed two nights during the Easter weekend and it was over $1,500 for a two queen bed room. The whole point we booked this hotel was that we wanted to enjoy our stay with our friend family who is also traveling to Palm Springs. We were supposed to get an adjoining room with our friends (family with a child) that we were traveling with. We submitted a request months ago in the notes in the Expedia system, and called the hotel directly to make sure we get an adjoining room. They confirmed we get an adjoining room over the phone and when we checked in. However, they did not put us in an adjoining room. They just put us in the same building. More than that, there was a super loud family with 3 kids whose parents shouting all the time. Because of this issue, our friend family needed to move from the original room to a very far different room. So, we were completely separated and were not able to communicate or meet each other easily. Their entire computer system was down during our stay there which was very inconvenient. We were given only one room key card and had to write our entire credit card number including the security code on a piece of paper. It is very dangerous for security issues. They said that the issue would be fixed in a day which never happened. We will never come back to this hotel again.

Their entire computer system was down during our stay there which was super inconvenient. We were given only one room key card and had to write our entire credit card number including the security code on a piece of paper which is very dangerous for security issues. I heard trust the entire hotel chain had been hacked which was why their system was down. So writing all our credit card numbers on a piece of paper is just as bad as getting hacked. They said that the issue would be fixed in a day which never happened. The staff was not well trained at all and we spent so long at the front desk where they tried to figure out the right protocol or process right in front of the customer. This is supposed to be a 5 star resort and it did not feel like it. The rooms were old, dated and not very clean. We were supposed to get an adjoining room with our friends (family with a child) that we were traveling with. We had submitted a request months ago in the notes in the Expedia system. However, they did not put us in an adjoining room. Instead there was a super loud family with 3 kids who were screaming and jumping around while the parents egged them on. It was a terrible experience as we could hear everything. My wife called the front desk to ask them to change our room. At least the hotel staff understood and changed us to a quieter room. This was our second time staying here. This time the stay was very underwhelming and disappointing.
