The female at the front desk said they were in the process of removing the phones from the rooms. That was my only complaint."

"The breakfast was Continental the basics, but was good.. the room was clean and spacious one king size bed suite, but you also had a couch that pulls out to a bed.. convenient next to the highway, and also plenty of restaurants and not too far from the Westfield mall.."

"Outdated and dingy. The furniture was damaged in the room. There was nothing on the walls as far as decor. The lighting in the room was terrible. We asked for towels and they told us they only had two left. The gym and the laundry facilities were closed by the health department. There was no seating outdoors. The halls smelled of weed and cigarette smoke. We stayed one night and left because we were so uncomfortable and frankly felt a bit unsafe. While we were leaving there were police at the front desk. Who knows why they were there. One can only imagine."
