  • Hello from Paradise! We have started our little Island Hopping Adventure in the South of Thailand. First stop: Koh Phayam. A quiet Island which still has a true 'in the middle of nowhere' feel to it. I can count the people around me in two hands. Never been to such an empty beach before. It's lovely! Also very pleased with our accommodation: open-air shower and a huge hammock big enough for two on our veranda. Just swam in the ocean for nearly an hour - the water temperature is divine!! Ligger superbra vid stranden , många valmöjligheter av restauranger både på stranden och uppe på ”gatan” . Enkel standard . Lite slö service och de skötte inte riktigt om området så det hade de kunnat förbättra .

dreckige Anlage, unsauber und defekte Bungalows, sehr wenige Liegemöglichkeiten am Strand, Liegen und Sessel defekt.

la sistemazione base é da evitare in quanto eccessivamente spartana per il prezzo. addirittura mancanza di acqua corrente nel lavandino. dimensioni anguste e le numerose aperture fanno si che la notte ci siano molte blatte rosse.

Quelle déception a part la vue magnifique de notre balcon vue sur la mer sinon rien bungalow en bois salle de bain minuscule pas de ménage durant les 4 jours pas de serviettes propres accueil minimum et petit déjeuner trop juste c est sur Nous ne retournons jamais dans cet hôtel

Somna till vågbruset i paradiset

Liten hydda utan AC och varmvatten. Ingen städning. Gott om mygg och sandflugor. Ändå är man salig av lycka! Inga bilar (bara moppar på de smala "vägarna". Stränderna är ganska tomma men ändå finns flera barer och restauranger. På Coconut är personalen mkt trevlig och maten god. Kopplar av gör du på trädäck i skuggan under stora träd, där det finns "roomservice" när du blir sugen på öl, kaffe, smoothie eller mat. El finns dygnet runt (bra om man vill ha fläkten igång på natten). Hyfsad WiFi i restaurangen/receptionen.

direkte und ruhige Strandlage

Freundliches+zuvorkommendes Personal, organisiert auch zuvorkommend den Roller-Verleih. Leckeres Essen im eigenen Restaurant, man speist direkt am Strand. Ein Minus: Die Matratze im Bungalow hätte ausgetauscht werden müssen, hatte grössere Flecken. Auch das Badezimmer (vor Allem die Wände) wurde wohl schon längere Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt. Durch die versetzte Anordnung der Bungalows hat fast Jeder einen Meerblick, wenn auch etwas entfernt. Alles in Allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und werden wieder kommen.

Hübsche Bungalows direkt am Strand

Wir hatten ein paar sehr entspannte Tage im Phayam Coconut. Die Familie, die das Resort betreibt ist super nett und hilft bei allen Anliegen gerne weiter. Eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, die nicht so touristisch ist, wie in anderen Beach Resorts. Wir hatten den Beach Bungalow, der wie beschrieben, sehr basic ist, aber alles hat, was man braucht, inkl. Moskitonetz. Natürlich hat man im Bad durchaus mal Besuch der örtlichen Tierwelt. :) Wenn man das weiß und sich nicht daran stört, ist alles top. Oder man wählt die etwas komfortableren Bungalows weiter hinten. Auch das Essen war sehr lecker und der Abschnitt am Strand einer der schönsten und ruhigsten. Es gibt einen hübsch angelegten Garten und mehrere Sitz-/Liegegelegenheiten unter den Bäumen, an denen man herrlich relaxen kann. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Klare Empfehlung!
