Upon arrival we were told a water pipe burst in our room. We had to find another hotel. We were offered a full refund, which would be processed immediately. It's the next day and we haven't seen or heard from anyone on the refund.

This motel was good for me as a single traveler. Had everything I needed. Safeway across the street and a Marcos pizza next door.

So the first time I stayed I was put in a very clean room and felt safe. This was my second stay and theanager apparently quit and left. I got a not so clean room, fridge was old and had broken parts, and the carpet was super nasty. I saw people going to a room for 5 minutes and leaving. There were 5 broke down vehicles in the lot. I do not think I will be staying there again!!

The bathroom was very small but I found the room to be clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed. A Perkins right next door was very convenient.

It was a good property for the money, but it's very old and very small. The carpet smelled very musty. The room was very clean and that is the most important thing for which I look on a stay.

Nice Little Place

It was perfect, the AC was cold and the water was hot for showers. Its a bit older place but I would stay there again every time I was in town and it was clean and tidy. The prices are fair too! Lots of food choices nearby and anything else you may need. Has a microwave and a fridge too ! Flat Screen TV with a ton of channels FYI

They were overbooked so they moved us to a different place. It worked out for us and because of the swap they gave us a discount. Friendly staff. Ok breakfast.

Place is old, needs remodeling, carpet, bedding, curtains mattress everything must go! Is dark smells like smoke and is just nasty! Don’t understand why they charge so much money for this place.

Grocery store across the street, restaurant next door, neighborhood to walk in and parking right in front of our room. Meyer was very helpful in helping me clean up when I spilled my morning shake on my white pants. Thought I'd throw them away but he was able to get the stain completely out. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean with nice white towels and the shower water pressure was good and strong. No coffee maker in the list of amenities but when I asked for one it was placed in our room before we arrived. I'd stay here again on a return visit.
