Hello, please accept our apologies with your unfortunate experience. We are currently in the process of updating all our rooms and with being a family run business it takes a little more time. We are sorry that your experience with us was not satisfactory, not only was it our first week using Expedia but we had also just lost a staff member and the person filling in wasn't regular staff. We would've loved to upgrade you for the same price you booked. Expedia has advised us to take payment
