โRooms are small but are clean and the beds very comfortable. Great little additions like chocolates on top he bed, drinks in the fridge and breakfast cereal. Attached to the hotel so dinner options are excellent. Staff are friendly and welcoming โ

The location is good to visit some famous places and also to
go grocery. Also, breakfast is FREE!!!
However, for out family, the 3-deck bed is not comfortable.
That is why I can not give 5 points.โ
โAbsolutely loved the staff member in reception the night of my booking. She was amazing and kind through checking us in while my special needs son was tired/overwhelmed and having a meltdown. She really did make checking in a nice experience with her positive personality and ability to get us checked in fast. Hands down amazing, your lucky to have her! Thank you โ
โWe have stayed at Chermside on Thomas several times. This time we had a nicely renovated room which was quite spacious compared to previous studio rooms. Lovely shower with awesome pressure. Comfy bed and nice kitchenette. The grab n go breakfast is sufficient. Undercover parking included is a bonus. Westfield shopping and bus terminal within easy walking distance. โ
