Amazing visit! Nice friendly staff,very clean and room was excellent! Fantastic bathroom and comfortable bed. Would rate one of the best rooms yet!

This was such a stunning hotel. It felt like you weren't in a hotel room but like in a spa. It was peaceful and quiet.

It must take tremendous effort to offer this kind of public lodging. Cannot compliment FPL employees enough...thank you! Safe, clean, surprising touches (in a very good way) beautiful...we TOTALLY got our money's worth of quality and peace 🌿

Was not up to par for the price and atmosphere . Usual bartender David was gone and the replacement was struggling, did not know her drinks and was not asking for assistance, and making bad judgment calls. She also didn't know how to pronounce the wines, (Cabernet with a net instead of nay) which doesn't instill confidence when you are spending a lot of money on the wine

Juniper has an incredible staff. The staff really made our stay. We loved the spa technicians and the restaurant staff. The spa is pricey in comparison to other services in Bend but they are talented and I felt that the purchased services were worth what we paid. I would probably not return to the spa, but mainly because of the price, unrelated to the services. The entire staff treated us like family. very thoughtful and considerate and kind. It was a very nice room in a log cabin with a great deck and view.

We loved our stay! The suite was pristine, with all the amenities one could ask for. We had four people, and I slept on the the most comfortable sofa bed ever. The bathroom had two entrances which was convenient. The complimentary coffee and bath products were lovely and much appreciated. And perhaps the best part was the groovy fire pit surrounded by beautiful specimens of Pacific NW plants. We'll be back!

Awesome place to stay! Wish the check out was a little later so we could go in the hot tub but the place was super clean and cozy. Was nice being a few minutes into town and about 15minutes to Mt. Bachelor!

I really like this hotel. As a 30+ year business traveler I've been around a bit and so have some good comparisons. I was a bit surprised that there was no elevator.

It’s a beautiful hotel ❤️ The beds are very comfy but make a little noise if your gettin busy! Kind of feel like the whole floor may have heard us😂 maybe below us too😂 but all in all this is a great hotel and thanks

The property was very clean and the staff was fantastic! My kids loved the pool and hot tub area. The restaurant only has appetizers but fantastic drinks! Would definitely recommend for people with or without kiddos. I give this property an A .
