“Far enough out of the main town, it was quiet and even a bit wilderness-like. We rented a room (not cabin) but it felt like a cabin (except for a shared wall.) Wooden walls and ceiling, gave it a rustic feel but for us, the bed was the main attraction. Firm but cushiony, the mattress was supportive in all the right ways with soft pillows with just enough support to keep your head and neck in alignment. We slept like logs. “I'm a wheelchair user but the hotel gave me a room which has a corridor with two steps. That was the only room which doesn't have wheelchair ramp. Breakfast was good and the location was good.”

“The staff was great but the property is a bit dated. The bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom sink drains very slowy it almost filled the sink before I was able to get hot water. Overall I would give it a 3 because the staff was very helpful and nice it made the stay more pleasant ”

“My partner and I had such a lovely time here. I don’t even know where to start. The room was very cute, comfortable, clean and had a soaking tub ( and some lovely bath salts) that was a real treat. We took a nice little swim in the lake which was the perfect temperature. The gentleman who owns this place is friendly and professional, i felt welcome and at ease while interacting with him.
