Quinta Real Oaxaca

"This hotel is beautiful. Well maintained common areas, pool was refreshing, and the room was clean, well appointed, and the bed was so comfy! Love the little touches like the welcome card and bowl of fresh fruit, the turndown service with daily notes and chocolates, and the goodbye note and cake the night before checkout. The staff was outstanding - front staff were incredibly helpful and both check in and check out were seamless. Bell staff were also incredible (especially Filberto!). Great location, walking distance to everything, yet quiet and tranquil inside. Highly recommend and will be going back!"

"Admin staff esas very rude and now t cordial at all. They didn’t provide any information when we artived like if we needed items like iron, towels etc. at check out no interaction en r at least a “thank you for staying” or how was your stay ? Nothing snd when i asked for my check out receipt, the gentleman that was checking out got bothered. Other than the admin staff everything was AWESOME. maintenance and housekeeping was great. I would stay there again but Admin needs to work on their customer service skills."

"We had a nice, large room with two double beds, a couch, a big-screen tv, and plenty of space in between. WiFi was good. The bathroom was small but very clean with amenities such as a hair dryer and nice walk-in shower. A waterproof, slightly longer curtain would keep more water off the floor, but not a big deal. There were two large windows with French balconies overlooking the street. The beds were very comfortable and daily housekeeping was excellent. The front desk staff was very helpful with calling cabs etc. it’s not fancy, but very nice and in a good location three blocks from the zocalo"

"Location location location! Casa 1800 is in a great location close to almost everything! We absolutely loved our stay. The staff was extremely helpful from booking taxis to leaving our room exceptionally cleaned every day. And the bed was so comfortable— a very welcomed comfort after a long day (& night) on our feet! Thank you for making our stay in Oaxaca an excellent one!"

"The hotel is nice and the room was big facing the street. There is a bar very close to the hotel that seems to go on until 1 or 2 in the morning with loud music. The street is very busy and loud with vendors that start installing their tarps to sall their products between 4 - 5am, so if you are a light sleeper do not let then give you room 17 or the one next to it. I liked the hotel an the room except the noise."
