"Overall a nice stay. The staff was friendly and attentive and the room was clean and comfortable . The common area to include the pool, outdoor patio and bar appears inviting and well kept. Evening security was present and appreciated. The bad is the hotel is dated and in need of renovation. The shower head was looking like it needed replacement and looking outside the windows could use a wash. Despite this I would still recommend"

"One warning: the bathrooms in the rooms do not have locks. Other than that from the location, the cleanliness, and staff are all amazing and I cannot stress the affordability."

"We were assigned a connecting room. Originally had no problem with it. But at night when the next room was occupied we would hear everything, they were very loud until very late at night and throughout the morning. There was also light from the hallway that would come into the room from under the door. Also when I went to get a shower and moved the curtain a wash towel from the previous guest fell from the rod. Staff nice, the bed was very comfortable but we had a terrible night."

"Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming. I am always a fan of Marriott. This was my first time in San Antonio, and I definitely plan on returning. I chose my hotels based on the bathrooms and Marriott always has a great bathroom mirror! I will be back soon!"

"Loved this hotel. I will for sure stay here when in SA. The staff is amazingly helpful and kind. Free breakfast and happy hour with good food and drinks. It saved us money from spending on dinner. Rooms were clean and comfortable. "
