โGreat place stop a hill with good view of ocean. Spotlessly clean, with excellent maid service. Everything seemed very new and clean.
The blackout curtains were awesome, made room very dark.
Nice pool/hot tub area, small but pleasant.
Staff extremely nice.
Shopping mall, restaurants, coffeeshops and bus transit center all within half a mile - and county nature trailheads directly behind the hotel!
Water pressure in the shower was low the first night, but fine thereafter. No shortage of hot...
โThis was the perfect getaway, less than a mile to the beach. Affordable. Comfy beds. Nice staff who upgraded us to a downstairs unit as it was difficult for us to climb stairs, which included a free upgrade from double beds to queen beds. Housekeeping staff was very kind and understanding, as we did get a stomach illness during our trip & had to leave the room in a less than desirable condition. All around, would stay here again. โ
โIt was just a very basic room to stay in after my Sonโs Commencement Ceremony. Nothing fancy, actually not very clean, but it was ok. I didnโt expect much, and it wasnโt much. Tiny TV, lots of loud neighbors. Someone started blasting music at 5:53am I know because it woke me, and I looked straight at the clock. All it all it was fine for me, because Iโm not too picky. โ
โFrustrating that there may not be a system to allow a hotel to inform Expedia that the hotel had no AC operating, all rooms. Still I checked out two available rooms, non smoking, but it had a srong smell of smoking being smotherrd by the stench of strong cleaner. No AC and that smell. The staff were exceptionally nice though. Not their fault. Seemed like a corporate failing. โ
โI had a wonderful stay at the Beachcomber Inn in Pismo Beach! You honestly canโt beat the locationโjust a short walk to the ocean, sandy beach, great local shops, and tons of delicious food options. Everything you could need is within walking distance, which made the trip so easy and relaxing.
