The lighting in the room was awful. We ended up going and buying warm coloured lightbulbs for our stay. We have a queen bed at home and the “queen” bed in our suite was definitely smaller. Everything else was awesome. Great breakfast options. Fun water slide. Whirlpool in a nice touch.

Everything was excellent except the pool and hot tub could have been cleaner. Hot tub had dirt in the bottom and pool had a large clump of hair floating around. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Great place to stay! A very comfortable environment. Very convenient with amenities nearby and close access to the highway. First impression is that I would definitely stay here again!

It is located in a rough part of town. The television wasn’t working properly. When trying to repair the television, saw it had been a long time since the room was cleaned properly. The room didn’t get cleaned or made up. For the second day.

First time staying at this hotel. We stayed for a little staycation for my birthday. Room was excellent. Booked a king suite and it was large, modern, clean and had all the amenities you could want. Used the pool and it’s a great little mini water park. The kids would really enjoy the lazy river. Staff were around keeping things clean, which was great to see. Walked to supper and had a great meal, just a 10 min walk and there were several options. Beds were standard, but lots of pillows to choose from. Complementary breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, both hot and cold. Attendants were busy keeping items stocked and clean. Couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend this little gem. We will be back!

Good stay. Rough morning.
The stay was good for the most part, it turned bad at about 5 in the morning when I woke up and my body was rashed and itchy. I tried taking a long shower to try and ease the itch, but nothing helped until 5 hours later when it slowly went away.

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Food was okay but not the best quality. They have Nescafe machine which is a great option. Rooms were clean but the detergent they use was not rinsed out properly and our baby (1y-old) got big rashes everywhere where she touched the sheets with her skin.

The prosperity is kept clean and in good shape. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel. Only issue I would say is the chlorine levels in the pool were too high, it made it hard to breathe in the pool area, the staff acknowledged they had been having trouble recently and were trying to get fixed.

Contrary to the pictures online, the hotel was older than it appears. The carpet in our kind suite was very worn out and missing chunks. The divider wall between the bed and kitchen area has a broken bracing piece. Otherwise it was mainly clean. I only found one strangers hair on a towel, and threw it on the floor. This was decent compared to what I usually see and I often stay in hotels for work, but still gross. Staff were very polite and friendly. Lastly, if there is ever a power outage for more than an hour or two, like there was during our stay, give guests a way to turn off or unscrew the smoke detectors. Our kept beeping and we got no sleep at all our first night. Plus we woke up freezing cold, but that is not the hotels fault and out of their control.
