Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Unterkunft etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wird aber anscheinend renoviert. Leider war es durch eine Lampe, die sich nicht ausschalten ließ, sehr hell im Zimmer, was für einen lichtempfindlichen Menschen, ich gehöre leider dazu, sehr störend ist. Sehr hellhörig, konnte den Gesprächen aus anderen Zimmern folgen. Sehr gut die angeschlossene Tiefgarage die inklusive ist.

Bin schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel gewesen. Sehr gute Anbindungen mit S Bahn nach Hamburg. Auto kann kostenfrei in Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Frühstücksbuffet ist qualitativ sehr gut und vielfältig. Zimmer geräumig und sauber.

Das Service personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich aber das Hotel war wirklich nicht empfehlenswert. für knapp 100€ die nacht war es wirklich traurig was ich vorgefunden habe. Alles war alt sehr zerbrechlich.
