The service and the restaurant are excellent! The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The only thing that I was bothered by was the smoking in the restaurant bar.

Loved our stay! Hotel is in a great location, staff were extremely friendly, especially during breakfast! The cook, and lady in charge of breakfast went above and beyond to provide me with food for my sick dog. Outstanding! Our room did face the front of the hotel, and they did have a loud party the first night, and of course like most hotels in Germany there was no AC, but despite that we had a great time, would definitely stay here again.

High class hotel with wonderful staff.

We were just stopping for the night but despite there being a wedding party at the location, we had one of our best night sleeps.Really lovely helpful staff and fantastic comfort.

The property is in the middle of nowhere, it is too far away from any restaurant or any food establishments. Being next to a hospital is very crowded, cars coming and going. We had to call a few times to bring us towels for bath, they would come fix the bed but not repunishing the condemned.

Pænt 4 stjernet hotel- ikke 5 stjerner. Hotellets beliggenhed er totalt uinteressant og det er ikke sammenhængende e’et shoppingcenter. Det er ej korrekt information. Hotellet ligger i en kedelig lille by uden charme af noget art. Det er synd.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamer was niet echt goed schoongemaakt. Bij de avondmaaltijd (roomservice) een cruciaal gerecht vergeten te serveren. Telefonisch waren roomservice en de receptie niet bereikbaar, wel bemenst. Prachtige ligging, erg rustig in een lommerrijke omgeving.

Rigtig dejligt ophold. Renligt. Store værelser. Smukke omgivelser. God service. Der var dog lige lidt problemer med reservationen på restauranten, vi lavede da vi kom, for 2 dage. Men gjorde ikke det store da vi sagtens kunne få bord alligevel. Helt igennem god oplevelse.

Super hotel

Endnu et fantastisk ophold på Waldhaus. Hyggeligt lille spa og dejligt værelse. God afstand til Hamburg hvis man vil have roen hyggelige omgivelser. Kæmpe ros herfra og en klar anbefaling.

Von außen ein wunderschönes Hotel, man findet die Rezeption sehr leicht und das Personal war freundlich und klappte alles reibungslos. Das Zimmer war ein bisschen versteckt, aber nicht schwer zu finden. Der erste Eindruck: Wow, es ist groß! Couch war ich im Hotel nicht gewohnt und die Säule am Eingang hat mir gefallen, es wirkte edel, bis auf das Bad. Das Licht flackert beim Einschalten, die Dusche ist schimmelig, ein absolutes No-Go für eine so schrecklich teure Nacht und ich suchte erst einmal vergeblich eine Notiz zum W-Lan, aber da war ich wohl selbst zu blöd, um zu verstehen, dass man sich einfach über den Laptop/das Handy einwählen konnte, ganz ohne irgendein Passwort, etc. Das Bett war ebenfalls erstaunlich hart, die Couch auch, alles in allem schön anzusehen, aber nicht zwingend hygienisch und eher nicht komfortabel. Hätte für den saftigen Preis besseres erwartet.
