"We had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and well equipped, featuring a comfortable bed, large windows, a coffee machine, safe, wardrobe and useful extras like wireless charging and a fold out desk. The bathroom was modern with a rainfall shower, good amenities and a separate toilet. We also appreciated the refillable water stations in the corridors. The hotel is very quiet despite being close to the airport and transport links. It is well located for trams, buses and trains to destinations such as Monaco, Cannes and Antibes. The lounge area was a highlight, offering complimentary snacks like biscuits, water and juices, and there is also a nice rooftop terrace. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is also accessible and has useful features such as lifts and a luggage ramp. However, there were a couple of issues. The air conditioning was not working properly, which made the room quite warm at night. We also found the floor to be dusty and in need of better cleaning. Overall, a comfortable and convenient hotel with good amenities, though some maintenance improvements would enhance the experience."

"Very good and clean hotel. Friendly staff and nice restaurant we used for breakfast and dinner. However we paid extra for a sea view and it is absolute not worth it! We overlooked a very passing street and the airport. Sea was very far away. We regretted to have paid extra for that. "

"Beautiful space and charming neighborhood! just the location is on a steep hill that has limited accessibility by car/uber. Staff was wonderful and helpful! The restaurant inside the hotel was amazing too. Loved my stay"

"Don’t be fooled. It took over 35 mins to check in, could I get a glass of water or a bottle - nope. A vending machine outside was suggested. Only bonus - comfy bed. Breakfast - no wonder it’s free (but in theory it’s not, because the room isn’t that cheap for what it is) . I’ve stayed in numerous holiday inns but the breakfast here was maybe the worst ever. Truly bad. There were two items that were warm - a scrambled egg which wasn’t scrambled but congealed. And a sausage which needed to be cooked - it was raw, an actually full pot of uncooked sausages. But the lack of water is odd to me. It’s put me off ever staying at a holiday inn again, I have stayed at numerous hotels near nice airport - this was the worst. I gave it a chance & it failed miserably."

"Unsafe and very poorly managed. Arrived after check-in to find the property not ready, then were given keys to an occupied room and walked in on other guests. Our own keys were left openly accessible with our name and room number visible. Felt extremely unsafe, especially travelling with children. Property later admitted fault but denied everything through customer support. Would not recommend."
