"The staff..all of them from front desk to door and valet staff were amazing. I don’t believe I have ever stayed in a hotel where the entire staff was as engaged and friendly. They seemed to genuinely want to make our stay the best ever and all of them gave the air of people who love what they do. One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! I highly recommend this hotel both for the great location but even more for the extraordinary staff!!"

"I stayed at this hotel after a few years. The hotel has been completely remodeled and is really nice. There was a problem with the air conditioning on the sixth floor, so the staff promptly moved us to a similar room on the fourth floor. Staff were pleasant and helpful!"

"When we arrived (yes, it was 2AM) the night clerk was "on break" and we couldn't check in until the shuttle driver finally found him and made him come back to the front desk. It took him 1/2 hour to find him, meanwhile w we were collapsing with exhaustion. Kudos to the driver. We think the clerk was stoned."

"Pretty good room with decent amount of amenities (no microwave tho). I feel like our king bed was a queen?? but honestly it’s fine for 2 people. One thing is that they do a light cleaning every 2 days and full room service every 4 days but seemed to have skipped over us so we had to request towels and such at night. Other than that had no issues with this place & learned that Northeastern students get placed here during the school year so not too bad!"
