지하 방을 받았지만 매우 아늑했음. 네 명이서 묵었는데 방 사이즈는 두 명이나 세 명 정도가 묵으면 알맞았을 것 같음. 매우 만족.

When I arrived the owner was on site and took me to my room. He had a local map, Iceland map, several different guide books, a printed sheet of all the info I would need all laid out on the table. He gave me some great basic overviews of the studio apartment, the local area, and was happy to answer any questions I had. The location was so perfect! Everything i wanted to see in Reykjavík was very easily walkable. The neighborhood was perfect, very close to at least a dozen restaurants, shopping and so much more. The price was better than many of the hotels. I will definitely stay here on my next visit! Very highly recommend!!!

What a find! This place was great, everything you could need, and so clean. Location was also fantastic. The host was most helpful, taking extra time to help us use the on-sight laundry facilities. Highly recommend.

The host Aldo is very friendly. It’s a bonus to have a mini kitchen since we stayed 7 days and dining out daily can be expensive esp in Iceland. The shopping district is just a minute away. The grocery store is so close. I love that we are located at the main hub, it’s accessible to everything. It’s also walkable to the bus tours stop.

Alfred’s Apartment’s is the cutest apartment. Nice size for 4 people (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 child). 1 bedroom with 2 beds and 1 double pull out couch in the livingroom that teen said was comfy. Our beds in the bedroom were extremely comfy. Kitchen and bathroom. Equipped with everything we need, clean, and decorated with so much charm. Laundry is free, which has been incredibly convenient. The host has been both friendly and helpful. We are conveniently located next to all of the main downtown Reykjavik shops and restaurants and only a couple of blocks from pretty much everything else. Honestly, you couldn’t ask for much more. I would stay here a million times over. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Alfred's Apartments. 🇮🇸

Great location, decent price and overall a good option. Parking will be an issue if you have a rental car. Being so close to the main road, zone 1 is expensive.

We stayed in a studio. Small but perfect. Had everything we needed, bed was super comfy. Perfect base, few minutes walk to bus stop 9 for our tours. Plenty of places for food and drink right on the doorstep.

Very nice apartment centrally located and close to a host of restaurants and shops. The one thing we disliked was the walls are super thin, so it was not very quiet. We had an apartment located on a lower floor so we literally could hear everything from the apartment above us. Whenever they would walk around the apartment or up the stairs, it literally sounded as if they were stomping and jumping around. It made it very frustrating at night while trying to sleep.

Walking distance to all downtown Reykjavik and comfortable short distances to nearby attractions. Accomodation was spacious and clean, provided needed towels, blankets, kitchen items, bath soap etc. Would like more pressure in the shower but we managed. Our host was such a friendly and accomodating person, we enjoyed our brief meetings with him. Thank you for the hospitality and wonderful stay. :)

Apartment was good. Reasonably well equipped with most things you would need for a stay. The only thing that we didnt like was the shower. This only had a curtain and put a lot of water on the floor. Our apartment was on the ground floor and suffered from a lot of noise late into most nights as people came home from night excursions. Saturday night also noisy from drinkers outside.

Very nice place! Perfect location. Well suited for a couple. We stayed one night and ate out for our meals and had all we needed. The owner welcomed us and was very kind. Lots of information about Iceland helped us plan part of our trip. Excellent coffee shop and fish and chips quick stop right across the street. Tons of various food options and local shops within walking distance. This place is in the middle of it all. We were a little nervous about parking but ended up finding spots easily with the surplus of garages around and it was very affordable ~ $2 USD per day on Saturdays and Free on Sundays.

I was super surprised and happy when I learned the studio was located on the ground level! This meant I didn't have to tote my baggage up flights of stairs! The property is right around the corner from a grocery if you want to stock up on snacks. The studio had a microwave, kettle, and fridge which I used throughout my stay. There were pots and pans and a stovetop which I did not use but were convenient to have. The property is right around the corner from several souvenir stores, tons of Iceland clothing stores, and some FANTASTIC restaurants! The location is a good 20ish minute walk to Seabaron on the harbor but totally worth it! I got to meet the property owner on my last day in the city. He was super sweet and was ecstatic to hear that I had been enjoying my visit.

I liked the unit because it was clean and modern. It’s perfect for solo travelers and couples. The location is great and the apartment is easy to find. The only downside is that you can hear foot steps from your upstairs neighbor but it was never a problem. I would stay again. Thanks again!

It is conveniently located. There was a slight issue with the first reservation. Not have a phone to call them with, I emailed them. They immediately responded and resolved the situation with an upgrade, help moving our bags, & much kindness. The rooms are very good!
