Great hotel with regards to room,breakfast, staff,check in/out,location..bus stop 13 outside and the all important trips pick up bus stop 12 a few minutes around the block. Never had time to use the excellent spa area as was only on a short break.

Absolutely loved my stay here, loved how walkable the city is. The receptionist recommended wonderful places to go to as well. Check out the restaurant in the hotel as well! So so good, while you’re at it also check out Grazie near the hotel!

Second stay in the last 12 months and couldn’t be more pleased. We had a high-floor room with lovely views. Room was spacious with all the amenities you can expect. We had spa access and it is a great way to unwind after a whole day of excursions. The lady cleaning the spa went the extra mile to make sure the facilities were clean and free from slip hazards. Overall the staff was really nice too. Breakfast is fantastic with a great variety of food to get your day started. I would stay at this hotel again.
