Excellent hotel. Rooms and public spaces are vast. Lots of space around the lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds out of high season. Staff are all very good and helpful. Nice spa facilities. Only negative is location which is a walk away from the main resort bars and restaurants. Beach is a 5 min walk but it’s not the best.

The hotel is not as new and luxurious as I hoped but the rooms are very big and spacious, the amenities were convenient, the food at the hotel restaurants was good and above all- the staff was very friendly, helpful and kind and did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. At the end, it was a great vacation

The staff make your experience at the Atrium Platinum Resort & Spa, all were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room, restaurants and communal areas are kept spotlessly clean as are the swimming pools. Although water temperature of the latter was I little cold, even for swimming. For me, I found the music from the pool bar a little intrusive and repetitive, I could even hear it over anything playing in my ear pods. The hotel location was good for us, as it was only a short cab ride to Rhodes old city (€15) and 20 mins from the airport (€60). You can get a bus into town and quite a few route run past the hotel on the coast road, but you’re unlikely to get on them as they are normally full before they get to your stop. Our overall experience of the hotel was excellent, the negative points raised are purely a personal choice that other may have no issues with.

The staff training must be very professional because all of the staff without exception from the front desk staff to the housemaids to the pool staff were extremely polite, smiling, helpful and immaculate Everyone possessed a smile and a cheery helpful manner Weakness is that there is no “bar” other than a large communal rectangle area near reception which serves as a bar - no atmosphere and not relaxing The service makes up for this weakness but if you want a drink in the evening you have to leave the hotel which is a shame

Excellent hotel in great location. 5 Star service given by ALL staff - from front of house to waiters, bar staff, cleaners and the unsung hero - the Pool Man. My Delux King room with Balcony faced the pool and sea and was excellent.

Excellent hotel. Amazing staff made the stay memorable. They really are brilliant. Room was lovely and sparkling clean, serviced daily with housekeeping visiting morning and afternoon checking on towels, water, mini bar etc. The wifi was great, even for work -teams calls etc. never used the pool but it was beautifully clean and well subscribed. 15 mins from old town made it a perfect location with spectacular views.

Brilliant Hotel

I have stayed here a few times and really enjoy it on every occasion. I love the view and the walk along Ixia Bay into Rhodes is one of my favorite parts of my stay. The staff is always very attentive and helpful. The rooms are always immaculate. I will happily stay there the next time I'm in Rhodes if they have a vacancy.

For a large hotel the feel was very welcoming. The staff were helpful and hard working. The pool was amazing and food options were plentiful. My only complaint would be the shower over a spa bath. Climbing into a bath is annoying enough but a spa bath is much higher and just annoying.

Excellent friendly staff, great location if you’re looking for some quiet down time but easy walk into centre of Rhodes. Only a few minor things that didn’t quite meet 5 star- no water fountain in the spa/sauna area. Rooms were good but lack of signage to elevators/stairs. First day was a mystery tour trying to find way from room to exit!
