stayed for 5 nights and we absolutely loved it!! hotel and surroundings are so pretty and the pool was right outside our room! hotel also offers free bus to beach and back which was perfect! so close to everything aswell just a short walk into faliraki and close to the bus stop aswell

Hotel staff are lovely and helpful! Pool was clean and cold! Food was good if you are travelling with picky eaters - not so great if you are a foody but no matter the person you will eat! Entertainment of the evenings were great fun, hotel staff makes sure everyone gets involved! Cocktails were lovely and staff are open to you changing things in them to better suit you! Short walk to the beach and strip - 20 min bus from the old town! Great views!

Tall man and smaller man with glasses who worked on the bar were very friendly and lovely ! Enjoyed Dj Mike on Thursday. They do a shuttle car between the two hotels, although it’s only a short walk anyway. Pool area was nice. Food was basic, and wasn’t labelled which is less helpful for dietary requirements but all inclusive was worth the money for the frappes !

This was a quaint little hotel which had all the amenities we needed for the trip. The staff were friendly and welcoming. A quiet and secluded area with easy access to the beach and the town centre. This being said the only disappointment was the lack of hot food and variety. I was expecting more of a Greek cuisine than was available. Not the best selection for snacks either. None the less, the food that was served was tasty. If you are looking for a simple all inclusive experience, this is the place to go. Check in and out was easy, fast and friendly. The bar staff and cooks were efficient. The cleaning crew were always on hand and shuttle driver was entertaining and accommodating. Thank you for a memorable experience.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The room was HORRIBLE. Bed mattresses were terrible, pretty much like a sleeping bag..bathroom was in awful conditions, especially the shower. Air conditioning had a noise and was working so poorly. We immediately asked the lady from the reception to change our room and to please give us more towels (they just gave you two towels.. no towels for hands/face and no pool towels)..she was extremely unhelpful, she didn't care at all and she told me to call expedia if something I wanted to say..after a couple of hours staff changed and we asked again and it was when we were able to change to another room which was a lot better but wifi didn't work (too far) and shower was afwul..at leas bed mattresses and air conditioning were better.. Beach is not 3 minutes walking as they said in the advertisement..it is like 20 or more minutes, but they offered a complementary shuttle service, which was very punctual and convenient to go to the beach. They have a main building (Diagoras) which looks good and the pool is nice too. The dining area, if you purchase all-inclusive, is in that building as well, but the Dorieas hotel is far from there.. you have to walk like 2 blocks or so every time you want to eat or if you need to go to the reception. All inclusive services were ok. Food is pretty good, and there are plenty of options, but beverages are AWFUL in general..limited options, and all are like a mix of water with something else...bad place..

A real gem

Great hotel. I struggle with walking so owner arranged for me to move from annex to main hotel. Flight home was delayed so they let us stay at hotel after check out. Staff very helpful. Rooms fine, beautiful pool. Food good quality and lots of variety. Greek night was great fun. Would definitely go back.

Bad location

We were very disappointed regarding the location of the hotel. It should be only 3 minutes walk to the beach, it was 18 minutes from the annex where we stayed and 22 minutes from the hotel where we had all our meals. With the bus transport it took 6-7 minutes to the beach and 10 minute from the beach. This is not acceptable! We choosed the hotel much upon the fact that it should be near the ocean.

Underbar personal på mysigt hotell!

Vi anlände cirka 3 timmar innan check in men fick topp service redan från start, fint bemötande och vi fick starta all inclusive direkt. Golfbilen tog oss sedan till rummet och har även under veckans gång funnits för att hämta folk från den andra poolen upp till lunch och middag, och en shuttle bus går flera gånger per dag ner och tillbaka till stranden. Alla har varit helt otroligt trevliga och härliga och man har känt sig som hemma från första stund. Frukosten har varit fantastisk och lunch och middag har absolut varit helt okej. Verkligen bra all inclusive med tanke på det billiga priset. Inte så stort utbud av drinkar på all inclusive MEN goda, även toppen iskaffe. Sängarna var mot det hårda hållet, lite väl hårda för vår smak, men o andra sidan var man inte på rummet så mycket. Over all kan vi verkligen tänka oss att komma tillbaka till detta mysiga hotell! Och en extra stjärna till alla i personalen men framför allt Chris i poolbaren och Manolis i baren uppe på Diagoras.

Je pense sincèrement qu’expédia devrait retirer cet hôtel de leur partenaire. Premier jour nous arrivons (je tiens à préciser que nous sommes 5) à l’accueil une femme très désagréable qui nous parle froidement et qui nous fait comprendre qu’elle a juste envie qu’on paye la taxe de l’état qu’on prenne nos clés et qu’on parte au plus vite. Arrivé dans nos chambre (une triple et une double), la porte était cassé c’était dangereux et absolument pas sécurisé. De plus le lavabo avait un trou car il était lui aussi cassé. Mais ce n’est pas le pire ! Que vois-je un lit de camps dans la chambre triple, un lit de camps absolument écœurant qui sentait mauvais et avait des traces de moisissures et de plus il était extrêmement fin (une couverture d’hiver était plus épaisse). Le pire arrive à quelques jours de la fin je tombe à côté de la piscine qui glisse extrêmement (même à l’intérieur) et qui est surtout sans surveillance. Lorsque je me relève je vois au ma plus grosse horreur que mes deux dents de devant sont cassées. Je vais voir l’accueil et c’est la même dame désagréable qui m’explique que ce n’est pas son problème. INADMISSIBLE ! Plus tard, nous rencontrons le deuxième homme d’accueil qui lui est extrêmement sympa et tente de nous comprendre. Je tiens à préciser que le personnes était vraiment gentil hormis la dame a l’accueil. En ce qui concerne la nourriture, les plats sont tous les mêmes tous les jours donc si vous aimez manger tous les jours la même chose aucun problème.

Il prezzo della struttura faceva intendere che non si dovesse avere alte pretese, ma non mi era mai capitato di arrivare in una camera di hotel e di dovermi fare il letto. La camera non è mai stata pulita, solo due giorni sono entrate le signore delle pulizie e ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani. Cibo di bassissima qualità e alle 20:50 il personale iniziava già a togliere le pietanze (in teoria l’orario di cena terminerebbe alle 21:00).

Hotel davvero accogliente,con 3 piscine 2 bar,serate di animazione e personale abbastanza disponibile.Colazione e pasti sono vari e abbondanti, ma consiglio fortemente la formula "all inclusive" che vi permette di mangiare quanto volete e di bere cocktail finchè il vostro fegato non chiederà pietà! Camere un pò vecchiotte, avrebbero bisogno di un pò di rinnovamento, ma tutto sommato per dormirci soltanto vanno più che bene e hanno tutto ciò che serve: climatizzatore, frigo,tv e wifi. Pulizie delle camere troppo superficiale, i miei sanitari non sono mai stati puliti e le mie lenzuola mai cambiate, le asciugamani cambiate solo 1 volta in 8 giorni, ma personale addetto simpatico. Posizione non vicinissima alla spiaggia, circa 1 km., ma fattibile a piedi, e comunque c'è una navetta gratuita che dall'albergo la raggiunge e ritorna a diverse ore del giorno. Fermata bus vicinissima. Quando sei pigro e non vuoi uscire, puoi rilassarti a bordo piscina con il tuo cocktail e dimenticare per un pò i problemi. Consigliato!!!

Skuffet.

Vi havde betalt for All Inklusiv og da min kæreste vil have en kaffe skal der betales 2 euro for den. Ydermere var der kun få af de ansatte som egentlig var søde og imødekommende. Så alt i alt brugte vi kun hotellet til at sive på, og spiste ude hverdag da deres mad var virkelig skuffende.
