6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
The hotel is clean throughout but we did have issues with our access key and no-one was around to help and the toilet seat was broken. The staff were polite but did not make an effort to interact. There are two pool areas which are nice. The main point which we found let it down was that there is no inside seating i.e. indoor bar area, communal area or somewhere for entertainment. There is just the restaurant area but most seating is outside then the only bar is the poolside bar so if it is cold or poor weather you are stuck in your room.
