Received excellent communication from the hotel from George as soon as we had booked. Taxi from the airport and transfer to the hotel was seamless. Everyone on the hotel team was warm, welcoming and looked after us very well. Excellent local knowledge and recommendations of local attractions and amenities. Perfect location in the old town. We have enjoyed a wonderful holiday and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Zacosta was one of the highlights of our trip to Greece. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. George, especially, went out of his way to be sure we had everything we needed. The daily breakfast in the courtyard was peaceful and very delicious. We highly recommend the suite with the small courtyard for a quiet escape from the business of Old Town. We also enjoyed the convenience to the new town and the port from the hotel as well! Please don’t hesitate to book here for a wonderful experience.

The small hotel is located in Old Town Rhodes and is beautifully restored old Greek house with breakfast in the court yard . John the owner is friendly and cordial and George the manager is fantastic and very helpful

We had a wonderful stay at Zacosta, the managers were very kind, organized and helped arrange luggage transport from the port and a taxi to the airport. The hotel itself is beautiful and unique. Breakfast was delicious. Our entire family from baby to elderly thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished it could have been longer!
