“적은 비용으로 4성급 호텔같은 리조트에서 수영장, 사우나, 산림용 귿을 모두 즐길 수 있으며 룸이 아주 넓고 청결하였으며 대만족이었음. 다만 접근성이 좋지 ㅇ낳아 찾는데 조금 고생하였음.”

“Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!”

“Breakfast was fantastic, great variety. Rooms were good size. Walking distance to Gondola, but shuttle available if you want to be driven (15lev I think). Service was good, but english wasn't always good enough to communicate well - but still fine for being in another country. Spa was nice but this is the only area I would mark down, maybe just bad timing for the visit. Kids were going wild in the pool the first couple of days which I didn't enjoy. They can play without constant splashing...

“The rooms need an upgrade. Smell bad, the towels are so used or bad washing machine. The spa is excellent and makes all money paid. We get a ticket for parking on front of the hotel. The receptionist said the parking is not free but didn’t mention we gonna get a fine if we leave the car there. We left one day earlier, but no refund or credit for that. “Θα ξεκινήσω από τα θετικά γιατί τα αρνητικά είναι πολλά.Τα δωμάτια είναι μεγάλα και ευρύχωρα,ευάερα και ευήλια.Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι μεσα στο δάσος με πολύ ωραία θέα από τα δωμάτια,για τους λάτρεις της φύσης νομίζω ότι είναι το ιδανικό μέρος.Όμως το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ μακριά και από το κέντρο και από τις πίστες,χρειάζεται απαραίτητα μεταφορικό μέσον.Το πρωινό είναι χάλια,φτωχό και λιγοστό.Επίσης δεν θα έλεγα ότι είναι και πολύ καθαρό,μάλλον προς το βρώμικο θα το χαρακτήριζα.Τα spa...

“The hotel does have a pretty decent set of facilities but I wouldn't stay there again for the following reasons: Wifi only worked in reception! So you couldn't sit in the room and relax to a film after a days boarding/skiing. Every day that we were in the room around mid day, there would be a horrible smell of sewage both outside and in the bathroom.
