The Cheshire
Staff were rude. Breakfast was ok . Sausages and pastries were high quality. Have stayed here before and wanted to stay again with family. Won’t be coming back. Not worth the money.

MainStay Suites St. Louis - Galleria
I know not the property's fault but there was a shooting in the middle of the night. I have no clue what happened but knew there was lots of gun shots. Luckily the police and ambulance came.

Everything was good. Pool was supposed to be open but never was the whole weekend.

We booked a two bedroom for three people and the 2nd bedroom didn't have a bed! Contacted property, which was very responsive, but they couldn't do anything since we booked through Hotels. com
