The room was PERFECT !!!!! Thank you so much for guiding us to this hotel. It was so close to the Tin Pan music venue and just a nice clean spacious room. The breakfast was good, all though could have used a little more heat to keep it warm. But all i all , it was good ! Hyatt Place is one of our most favorite hotels to stay at !!!

Granted its a Hyatt Place not a Hyatt, my expectation was a bit let down when i found this out. Overall the stay was nice, location was nice and convenient. The "polish" and craftsmanship of rooms and amenities was not what the typical Hyatt provides, i just had to adjust my expectation.

newly renovated rooms was a pleasant surprise. The layout of the room we stayed in was really great compared to other king rooms we have stayed, just a shame we only there overnight. But will definitely stay again when we are in Richmond.
