“Everything was great !!”

“everything”

“Close to downtown Richmond. Room was large. Could use some updates.”

“Very lovely place to stay highly recommended”

“Was ok as a Hampton but no breakfast in the morning, this is a 100% satisfaction guarantee failure so the hotel should have refunded everyone in full but only did it if the guest specifically asked for the refund they were entitled to - shows a real lack of integrity by management. As we booked through Expedia and not directly they refused to give Expedia the refund!”

“Everything was fine except breakfast was lousy and they ran out some food items more than 30 minutes before end time. Well below Residence Inn breakfast quality expectations that we have been accustomed to (comparing with other Residence Inns). Understand this hotel - only a year old - they must improve in this area. Would go to other Richmond area Residence Inns, but not this one.”

“The best”

Badth stub도 없었음...just shower bues.”

“The room was really nice and clean. The staff was nice and location was great and close to a lot of places to eat.”

“Nice hotel. Restaurant was very good. Staff helpful.”

“5th floor hot h2o is barely warm..could be certain hours due to use”

“everything was good but the beds are uncomfortable”
