Very good spa, rooms are beautiful, well stocked, great location, no noise, excellent dinner, highly recommend. Only thing i wasnt keen on was the breakfast, it was quite limited but it didnt matter too much.

So clean! Lovely staff, brakefast also lovely. Late checkout without extra cost. Very nice spa facillity but the hottub was 5 degrees to cold. We will be back for out 5th stay in this fine hotel

The hotel is beautifully decorated. The rooms are huge - heated bathroom floors are a nice bonus. The spa area is amazing!!!! Breakfast is ample. The staff all around are fantastic-highly recommend this hotel. Also the location is perfect-right between the old town and the new area so it’s conveniently close to all the sites and restaurants.

Very friendly staff, excellent facilities, superb selection for breakfast and spacious rooms. Loved the soa which we used every day. The only issue was the noise from the courtyard( which our room backed onto). A lot of banging and crashing in the early hours woke us up most nights.

We had a great stay at the Grand Poet hotel. We had a slight issue with a noisy adjoining room at first but they moved us to a different room straightaway. The rooms are big and we had a nice view of the city whilst still being quiet. There was a great selection for breakfast and the spa/pool was lovely. The staff were all very helpful and on my birthday we came back to find a bottle of sparkling wine in our room. Would definitely recommend.

Overall good experience. Clean, luxurious feeling. Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. SPA was nice. Very good location. Only small minus i can think of is, the mattress of the bed is quite hard. Was not really a problem for us because we are used to a bit harder beds, but take this into consideration when choosing your hotel - if you like soft beds, this will most likely be a problem for you.
