“Good”

“Cozy bedroom!”

“No electricity!!! I understand its war time and it might happen, but Hotels usually have generator, or at least let us know before, and allow to cancel, let me find a warm hotel. Woke up freezing cold!!!”

“Even during the most challenging times which Kyiv is going through, the staff here go over and above to look after guests. They are friendly, welcoming and look after guests like family. I am very happy to recommend this hotel. ”

“For not speaking the same language it went very very smooth. Very clean and a great location. Any difficulties were solved. Only complaint is the walls were a little thin if you have neighboring guests.”
