“False informatiom saying they are at 10 kms from Rila Monastery, but you must round the mountain and you must do 120 kms to arrive... what kind of fraud it is? It is to much!!!”

“Probably the best spa hotel I have stayed at in my life. Way better than what's offered in Canada, for sure. The room was fantastic, clean and it had a large balcony looking into the woods. The best part was the outstanding breakfast and dinner! Service was outstanding and bilingual. Clearly very significant funds were spent to build this spa hotel and I can see value in the nightly price given the superior experience!”

“The hotel offers very good accommodation conditions, we are not talking about luxury, we are talking about functionality. We didn't feel like we were missing anything even for a moment. One recommendation: a little diversity at breakfast would not hurt.”

“This hotel has everything, t they have thought of every single detail from baby food in the restaurant, robes for children and adults, to kids indoor play area supervised 9am to 10pm... and you can leave your child while having breakfast or dinner. Very well organized, great pools and food, walking to trails in the forest. My kids didn't want to leave”
