Todo muy agradable, el pequeño detalle que vi, es que aveces el servicio a cuarto de comida tarda en responder y llegar pero solo paso una vez, tuvimos que ir hasta recepción, fueron muy amables y si nos atendieron, aun que después de casi una hora.

No me encantó

No lo recomiendo del todo, al parecer es un hotel un poco familiar por lo que no se tiene un buen protocolo a la hora de dar el servicio. El internet es muy malo, la alberca es pequeña y con agua fría, cuando nos entregaron la habitación no nos cambiaron las sábanas y estaban sucias de arena. Algunos empleados fueron muy amables pero la verdad las instalaciones no son de lo mejor.

El lugar esta muy limpio, con facil acceso, justo enfrente hay un rico puesto de tacos, el hotel no da a la playa pero puedes llegar caminando, la calle de atrás si la limpiaran sería mucho mejor. Lleva tu jabon, shampoo, estropajo, enjuague, crema, pasta de dientes, etc. Fue ideal para mi que llegué tarde por la noche y al dia siguiente temprano sali. Aire acondicionado, ventilador, sensacion de limpieza. Impecable. Una estancia corta perfectamente se puede estar bien. Recomendacion al lugar: Este lugar seria de 10 diez si cambiaran los colchones de la cama, a gritos piden que se renueven, super incomodo, te pellizca, te jala, te pica, se hunde, sientes el resorte, la incomodad y no descansas. La alberquita tampoco se antoja utilizarla.

I did’t like no hot water, no WiFi, no tv for 2 days, broken oven, room cleaning every 2 days, staff not available, leaking toilet, noise late at night, no coat hangers, small dressers, small closet, cold water in shower, staff didn’t speak English, and info provided was inaccurate.
