This hotel was too far away from the city. Originally I didn’t think that was an issue, however on the first day, a taxi driver charged us 1200 reales from the bus station to the hotel. Complete rip off! This made us concerned about the amount of money we would be spending on transportation to and from the hotel daily. The bedding was horrible. Hard mattress, pillows and two flat sheets. It was not the cleanest. The breakfast buffet had flies around the food. We winded up relocating to another hotel. I asked for a refund for the unused days and I was told by hotel management they would work within Expedia to refund my money; however I was told they have not returned their call or email. Very dissatisfied with this hotel experience.

É o melhor, mas poderia ser melhor

É o melhor hotel de Rio Bonito, porém, os quartos são pequenos, as toalhas são finas, os lençóis são pequenos, só tem espelho no banheiro e o acesso à garagem é extremamente estreito.

A equipe é fantástica. Fazem de tudo para ajudar. Permitiram carregar meu carro elétrico na tomada. Café da manhã bom. Quarto limpo e arrumado. O ponto de melhoria seria o travesseiro, que é bem alto, mas isso é questão de gosto pessoal. Utilizamos o hotel como ponto de descanso na viagem Vitória-São Paulo e foi bem conveniente.
