We will brief the reception about the need of handling the caipirinha voucher upon check in. Another benefit you have as a Expedia VIP is a discount of BRL 50 on massage service. This information you have written in your reservations confirmation mail send through your online travel agent.About your reservation which was done for 2 people in a deluxe panoramic room, category which is good for max 2 people. As you showed up in total 3 people we had the need of changing you to another category, which we exceptionally put an extrabed for the 3rd person, what is not ideal, but was the only option in a fully booked hotel but, due to the situation, the only option.Wishing you all the best.
