Absolutely wonderful stay, the rooms are very clean and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The staff was very accommodating with the language barriers we had. The restaurant staff was one if the best, especially the young gentleman that served us, he was so helpful and friendly. Wish I could give you more stars! If I ever ome back I will definitely be staying here!

Regency Hotel is amazing. It is located in front of Barra da Tijuca beach at Posto 7. Close to some restaurants, supermarkets and bars. The staff is very friendly and Polite. The breakfast is amazing and the room is spacious. So, I really recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Barra da Tijuca beach. It totally matched my expectations!!!

Many employees don't really care. I left some jewelry in the safe and called back less than 24 hours after checkout when I realized. They left me waiting on the phone for a long time several times until the phone system terminated the call each time. Finally they told me they did not find anything. I had another disappointing experience when asking the breakfast staff to get another toaster because a 2-slice consumer toaster could not keep up with the guests of 234 rooms. Nobody cared. I give it two stars because, despite best efforts by management not to run the place properly, the location of this hotel is great.

It was a really bad experience and I would not recommend this hotel. Overall, the building has no maintenance at all. They should invest more money on efforts into making things work better. AC would leak to the point of flooding the room. Bathroom sink clogged not once but TWICE. Toilet was dirty… And the worst part is that the employees did not show any level of uncomfortableness with my complaint so it shows they are used to having these kinds of issues. The hotel manager. -Amanda- did never show up to face my situation.

La habitacion muy linda, con vista lateral al mar. El aire acondicionado perfecto. La piscina es pequena y los horarios son acotados (cierra a las 18 hs) mas que nada por las vistas, seria lindo poder fotografiar desde alli el atardecer. El desayuno completisimo!!!! Muy contenta con la eleccion

El menú del desayuno fue muy variado, con opciones para todo tipo de dieta. Muy buena la calidad de los productos. Además el hotel cuenta con servicio de playa, en el hall se retiran las reposeras, sombrilla y toallones para ir a la playa. Las instalaciones impecables, la piscina muy buena y con una vista impresionante. En el gym todo nuevo.
