Staff was very professional and nice. However the phone was not working in the room. The tv half the time did not work. The toilet seat would not always stay up, the AC was way too noisy. My room service tray took almost a fulll day to be picked up, after many requests. Will never stay there again.

Special thanks to Philip and Jasmine who work the front desk. Philip helped us get our room earlier than check in time which was great sunce we arrived at 6 a.m. What I didn't like was the inability of English speaking members of staff who worked in key areas. This caused communication issues or misunderstandings. The area felt safe and there are two supermarkets on either side of the hotel

Amazing place maybe not so great consideration

Mixed feelings about this place, upon checking, was told that my second day there was gonna be no electricity from 10-4. Not much I could do about that, power did not come back on until 7 PM. No compensation. The second thing was strange I had a friend come over not spend more than 30 minutes and upon check out I was charged for a second person staying with me. I explained that it was for 30 to 45 minutes, that did not matter. As far as the service, the people were very friendly, able to speak to me in English the quality of the bad, the sheets, and the room was amazing.

The free breakfast buffet was incredible. The toilet in my room kept acting up and it took most of the day to get anyone to fix it. Housekeeping came at 6:30 in the evening one of the days. Overall, the staff was friendly and it was very clean and comfortable.

Go somewhere else, this place is not worth it!

Although some people give good reviews to this place, I had TWELVE NIGHTS and definitely this place is no good for longer stays. Elevators not working properly, swimming pool left without proper care and staff member (especially restaurant) confronting the guests in a very rude way. That being said, even if the room was modern, I would checked out before, but had to put up with a lot of issues because of my elderly mother. Now I am in a much better place and not far from Venit. What enrages me s that any staff member could practically offend paying guests without any consequences. The manager Márcio does not seem aware of most problems and owner’s family, always very noisy at the restaurant, also does not seem to care because these are the kind of people who have never worked with hospitality before. Literally you arrive, pay and deal with hell, until somebody else does the same. The restaurant is the worst quality I have ever seen and the behavior was despicably criticizable. Like I said, you can put up with things because no hotel is perfect, but Venit, a place better fit for events, was the kind of place where the staff would literally do whatever they want without any consequences. One or two nights maybe you won’t sense it, but in a longer stay it will become more than obvious. The location is good IF YOU HAVE YOUR CAR, even if the parking there is horribly expensive. The public means of transportation are bad and spending on taxis on all the time will squander your $

Em relação ao quarto de hotel, não tenho reclamações. A cama é boa, apenas o chuveiro que poderia ser um pouco mais forte. O café da manhã é bom também, alimentos frescos. Agora, em relação ao atendimento no Hotel, infelizmente deixou muito a desejar: - No SPA, que era para ser um abiente CALMO e de silêncio, as massagistas e recepcionista Tamara falavam super alto, vendo videos no Instagram. Além disso, ao término da minha sessão, questionei sobre o chá/café que era ofertado, e as mesmas me informaram 'que tinha acabado'. - Comprei um vinho para consumir no quarto de Hotel, e solicitei na recepção taças. Fui informada pela pessoal que trabalhava no restaurante que eu deveria pagar uma 'taxa de rolha' para utilizar meu vinho no Hotel- DENTRO do quarto. Depois de muita discussão, fizeram um novo contato informando que a informação passada estava errada, e que eles levariam a taça para nós: eis que um funcionário do restaurante subiu para entregar às taças cheio de ironia. - Chegamos no quarto sem água quente para fazer o café nespresso disponivel. Quando questionado, nos informaram que além de comprar a cápsula, deveriamos também pagar a água mineral de 300ml no valor de 10 reais para fazer o café. Posteriormente descobrimos que o Hotel havia esquecido de deixar uma garrafa de água quente para o café. Ó único ponto de elogio em relação ao atendimento vai para o Lucas da recepção, que diante de todo o exposto tentou contornar nos oferecendo como cortesia o frigobar.

O ponto positivo é a localização, especialmente para quem vai a eventos no Farmasi Arena. O quarto tem bom espaço e é confortável o suficiente, mas o atendimento deixa muito a desejar. O staff é despreparado e nada acolhedor, com dificuldade até para atender solicitações básicas de serviço de quarto e zero ajuda com bagagens. A qualidade dos alimentos é muito baixa — pedi um omelete com salada (serviço de quarto), e a salada chegou imprópria para consumo, com folhas escuras e aspecto nada fresco. O pior ponto da estadia, no entanto, foi o café da manhã. Mesmo tendo informado no momento da reserva que sou intolerante a glúten e lactose, e tendo pago pelo café dentro da diária, ao chegar ao salão não havia nenhuma opção adequada, além de pouquissimas frutas. Nenhuma alternativa foi oferecida, nem mesmo um simples ovo mexido sem leite. Diante disso, solicitei dois ovos mexidos simples, e fui informada de que seria cobrado um valor adicional de R$ 20,00. Expliquei que já havia comunicado minhas restrições e que havia sido assegurada previamente de que haveria opções compatíveis, mas, ainda assim, a equipe se negou a abrir exceção. Para piorar, exigiram o pagamento imediato na mesa, sob a condição de que não trariam o pedido se eu não pagasse na hora, o que tornou a situação profundamente constrangedora. No geral, definitivamente, não recomendo o hotel, a menos que o objetivo seja apenas conveniência de localização.
Dois ovos mexidos cobrados à parte (R$ 20,00), mesmo com o café da manhã incluído na diária e após eu ter informado minhas restrições a glúten e lactose na reserva.
