Dear Mrs. Thayana, The hotel is based on availability to be able to sell it's rooms and on the day in question, the hotel was at high occupancy. therefor, we cannot sell a half night as this would mean keeping the room vacant. in any case, we always offer the possibility of storing your luggage, as well as the possibility or using the hotel's common areas, including the pool area so you can wait and later use the shower in our sauna.It was a pleassure to have you here!Sincerely,

Dear Ms. Patricia,Thank you for your comments, as it is through them that we can always improve our services.We only make contact regarding noise in the rooms when another guest asks us to do so. this is not common as most of the time it is resolved immediately.Our breakfast is very pleniful and varied, with more than 6 types of breads, several types of cakes, all fresh and a wide variety of fresh fruits, in addition to the other items that make up our buffet.We have more than 30 high definition channels, in different languages, many of them in inglish, however, the channels in portugues do not have translation. Our hotel has 24-hour restaurant service and our menu has option of ice bucket, whiich can be served at any time.We understand that because Copacabana is located within a large metropolis, there will always be vulnerable people living on the streets, it is a regrettable fact, which we hope will change soon.In fact our hotel has a beautiful view from the roof top, not only Christ the Redeemer but also the sugarloaf mountain, which is very close to here and easy to visit.Thank you for your stay with us!Sincerely,
