Muito antigo, precisando de reforma para acolher melhor. Café da manhã, fraco.
A estadia foi muito boa, mas acho que deveriam ser feitas reformas urgentes, pois tem locais que o hóspede não pode acessar.
O pessoal do atendimento muito queridos.
Hotel velho, instalações piores daquelas que encontrei em 1997, hotel desatualizados, um deck externo podre caindo aos pedaços, um café da manha decepcionante. Um local tão bonito e destacado e que está em péssimas condições.
Uma cidade que faz muito frio no inverno e tem que pagar valor extra para um quarto com aquecedor, sendo que em todos eles, independente do valor, deveria ter um. Horrível, nunca mais coloco os pés lá.
Só escapa o atendimento dos funcionários, bastante simpáticos.
Confortável e aconchegante, atende ao que se propõe!

Casa de campo
Fui para Rio Negrinhos com a esposa participar do festival Psicodália. O hotel é uma gostosa casa de campo, limpo e gostoso. Tem um bom café da manhã e as refeições, embora um cardápio enxuto, muito bem preparadas. As atendentes são atenciosas e prestativas, porem o atendimento é moroso, devido ao reduzido número de funcionários, mas não chega a irritar. O proprietário é cordial e solícito.
A experiênvcia foi lamentável desde do check in! O Hotel possui uma estrutura bacana mas extremamente mal gerida! O proprietário é um animal, sem educação, preguiçoso e que comamanda instaurando o medo em seus funcionários. Pagamos um quarto luxo e fomos colocadas em um quarto standart porque houve uma alteração na reserva realizada pelo mesmo proprietário que ele não encontrou, como fizemos o check in no domingo ao inevés do sábado, ele não quis trabalhar e disse que domingo funcionava somente o plantão. O quarto estava sujo, havia baratas no quarto e banheiro, e por acaso alguns insetos mortos embaixo da cama empoeirada, a impressão é que não se limpava ali a meses. Para piorar cobrou um valor a mais na hora de acertar a conta, me senti inclusive roubada! Não recomendo a ninguem, era caso até de polícia, mas infelizmente por haver me hospedado na semana de final de ano, e a cidade ser pequena, a Policia estava de férias coletivas e não foi possível registrar um boletim de ocorrência. Sugiro ao Hoteis.com que não seja um conveniado deste estabelecimento e aos turistas desavisados como nós, procurem outras opções porque a cidade é uma graça e não se resumen somente ao mal humor e ignorancia do proprietário deste estabelecimento!
