"Free parking, clean room but the separate sitting area was hot, breakfast had lots of choices. Friendly staff. It is convenient to freeway. We just wished it had a pool."

"100 + degree temp and our AC didn’t work. Was moved to a new room with 2 queen beds instead of the King room we booked, AC worked, but was on a trip with my husband, and we wanted a king bed. They moved us to another King room, AC broken in that room too. We were gaslight, a few times, with them telling us the AC was working, and to just be patient. We returned to our 2nd room, only to watch the temperature rise on the thermostat. After 40 minutes of waiting for some type of resolution, (and us having to continuously reach out to the front desk since they weren’t offering us any resolution) and dealing with rude front desk staff that couldn’t even look at me while we worked through these issues, (mind you, we were not projecting our frustration out on the staff at all… we get stuff happens)! The situation would’ve been much better had the front desk staff been more courteous instead of acting like our request for a room that wasn’t 80+ degrees was astronomical. We were told there were no more rooms to offer us by one staff and we had no choice but to stay in a non functioning AC room (even though the queen room was an option 10 minutes prior) to another staff telling us 10 minutes after that, that the only option was that queen room. No consistency, just gaslighting and lies. We were running late to our event so we jumped at the queen room offer. No apologies were rendered at all."

"Clean room and extremely friendly staff. Furniture dated but that didn’t bother us. Room had coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. AC worked great during heat wave. Bath amenities from Salon Selectives were a nice touch! Bed was standard for budget friendly hotel but we slept well. Walls are somewhat thin as we heard neighbors. They kept the lemon water and coffee going downstairs and price included breakfast. Free parking and very close food options."

"Horrible! We had a terrible room on the second floor. Noise above and noise below. But not enough noise to block out interstate 80. The room was literally on the freeway. Very dated and dirty and dark. We paid for a queen bed and it was a full bed that was dilapidated along with all the other furniture. Peeling floral bathroom wallpaper. I poured water into a glass and it ruined my bottle of water because it was filled with dust. Breakfast was fake… It was a packaged bagel for you to take and cook on your own. No protein. Nothing hot. Thin, cheap covers. Loud freezing AC unit intolerable on but too hot off. Hidden parking fee to boot. We were duped. The only two nice things I can say are … pretty ledger stone entrance sign as if this was a nice property and hot shower."

"The room had pubic hairs in the bathroom! And the tub needed to be redone better to cover up the mold. But it was a comfortable bed and very nice desk staff I would honestly go to another place for the same price in the area and have breakfast because the breakfast was nonexistent and very disappointing. We liked the coffee machine! That was awesome. Not worth it for the price. In my opinion there are other hotels in the area that are the same price that offer breakfast and are more updated as far as the TV channels, etc.."
