"This place is nice, but not great. Rooms are small but clean. AC fan runs constantly with compressor kicking in when needed but room gets noticeably warmer and colder through cycles which may be uncomfortable for some. Breakfast is $14.99 per person and is ok but not great. Mass-produced scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes. Or you can order sandwiches. Location is close to the cruise port but not really walkable to anywhere. Staff was very friendly and kind. "

"This is exactly what you expect. A high turnover, quick turn around hotel for cruises and waiting for flights. They do their best to turn rooms around for early check in and have a great system for cruise and airport shuttles. It's pretty bare bones in its offerings, but we would stay here again. It's an old property but they do make an effort to keep it clean and fresh. "

"We did not have breakfast as flight early but check in was crazy! One person working the desk and a whole lobby of people. Yes we were all early. The shuttle from port to hotel didn't come but there is a $30 charge. "

"Total misrepresentation of the property. The picture in the listing is not of that property. False advertising at best. There's no second bed availability, because the sleeping sofa is not suitable for sleeping at all. Even if it was, there was no second set of bedding available. Floors were dirty, there was not even one hook or bar to hang a towel in the bathroom. Communication with the management is non-existant. Nobody answers nor returns calls. For any issuesor questions that could be settled in 5 min coversation, takes 3 days of useless messaging through virtal assistent. I will never ever use that company for any hotel's needs in the future."
