“I’m allergic to mold and had to move from 4 rooms to finally find one that was cleaned and not wreaking of a strong unclean and moldy odor in all rooms. After finally getting in a room that was adequate, the ac didn’t work well and was sweating at points throughout the night. While the front desk staff was helpful, this experience was terrible and I would avoid booking here,”

“The rooms are like a Motel 6. Crickets in bathroom. Stains on linens. The pool was very dirty with trash in it. Disappointed, but our fault for booking. Motel 6 would have been cheaper and same experience. (Although We never stay there) and will pay the extra to stay somewhere where we can at least swim in the pool. 👎👎”

“This place is fabulous! Location, amenities, common grounds are beautiful. Our room was outdated. They have slapped some paint on it to make it look better but doors, fixtures, and bathrooms show signs of many years of wear and tear. At the end of the day that didn’t matter. The beds were comfortable, the staff is helpful and polite. Food was delicious, drinks were great. Overall we would go back any time.”

“This place is beautiful. We were checking in late, after their front desk closed, and they made sure we can enter the room and have a VIP experience. The resort is beautiful. Stunning nature, lovely pool, everything was clean. Very comfortable beds and soft linens. High end toiletries. We will visit again.”
