โWe had concert tickets at SPAC and this was a great location for us. Ten minute drive to cute downtown area. Zakhar was wonderful! Checked in late and he was very welcoming, made the process easy. He was very responsive when we had questions or needed something. Will definitely return.โ

โFriendly accommodating front desk staff, extremely clean and spacious room with a lovely view of the river. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend it to family and friends!!โ
โThe hotel was immaculately clean and the amenties were also great! I enjoyed the steam room and the jacuzzi which were both open from 5 am to 11 am. Staff was friendly and informative. This will be my ho to hotel when i am staying in the this area of NY. Its also conveniently located, very near NY State Thruway. โ
โeverything was fine, no issues during the stay. only thing is when we checked out, there was nobody at the office window at 9:40 a.m. I rang the bell 3 times in about 5 minutes and no one ended up coming to the window. I put the 2 key cards through the plexiglass window and just left. hopefully that is the way to do it!โ
โIt was decent I was out late but was safe coming in
Only thing was not able to link to the WiFi otherwise staff was polite asked if I needed anything. Very accommodating
I will stay again โ
