"Overall, the experience was quite average, which would be perfectly acceptable given the price point. However, a few issues were simply not up to standard. For instance, there was a large hole in the bedsheets. The room was not adequately stocked with basic essentials. The only tissue box provided was in the bathroom and contained just 3 tissues. When I asked housekeeping for more, I was told that only the front desk could provide them. There were also no napkins or paper towels available to use instead of tissues. I ultimately had to go across the street to Rite Aid to purchase tissues myself, which felt unnecessarily inconvenient and, frankly, a bit cheap."

"The biggest downside is that it sits about 5 feet off of the freeway, so regardless of room location you’re going to hear the freeway noise all night long. (But I think that’s the exact same as every other hotel in the area.) I played a white noise track on my phone and that made it bearable. Breakfast was ok— they’re trying to be fancy with two “high-tech” digital touchscreen coffee machines and that was causing long-a$$ line— but you also have a coffeemaker in your room. "

"Probably one of the worst experiences I have had in any Hotel. I had to kill of like 6 bugs (pinches and rollie pollies, and moths) and 1 inch long black widow! It had a web and everything! How long as that dood been there!? Mf was huge and stretched out. I dont know man their doors are not sealed to the slightest. Also, i didnt ask for an accessory room but got one for some reason, where the restroom and shower is just a room. The floor was wet for days and had walking around so uncomfortable. Then one day I went to the door and my key didnt work. And also what was weird was they dont have staff members therr, you have to check in and check out by facetiming india. Really weird. I mean I appreciate self checkout and stuff but this was nuts. And walls are ultra thin you hear everything everyone is saying. It was so noisy if someone knocked on a door 5 doors down it sounded like it was your door. The bed was okay."

"The staff didn't spell out all the charges for the "amenities", even if you didn't use any of them, you still have to pay over $35 plus taxes a night for them above your room cost. It was fine for one time, but I probably won't stay again. The history of the hotel is wonderful. "
