"Pésimo proceso de check in, me dejaron esperando casi 3 horas en la carretera y en el sol, pidiendo que pagara un fee extra si quería entrar, jamás regresaré pésimo staff"

"Las habitaciones son muy comodas, amplias y limpias. El Spa excelente, muy relajante y un servicio impecable. La comida es muy rica y la atención del staff es la mejor. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, las albercas y espacios exteriores son muy lindos y te sientes completamente desconectado. "

"Las instalaciones, cuarto y atención al cliente estuvo excelente JOSUA de expedía y parte del hotel, los recomiendo al 100 la playa super bien . Lo único es que el alimento si quedó mucho que desear tanto desayuno comida cena y especialidades no tenían buen sabor "

"We had a lovely stay at Casa Loteria. The location is very central and the room was spacious and comfortable. Having a kitchen was great as we cooked our own breakfasts. In hindsight I would have included the breakfast option when booking, as it was a great deal and about half the price as buying it at the hotel. We enjoyed the pool and relaxing on the loungers. The staff were friendly and there is coffee available every morning in the reception hall. The free yoga for guests on the rooftop patio was another bonus, and the instructor was great. The wifi in our room wasn't good, but if we sat just outside the door by the pool it was great. There was painting going on just outside our door which lasted for nearly a week! That was unfortunate as we felt it could have been finished in a day or two, but we made do. The bed was comfy but a little loud when getting up from it. All in all we had a wonderful stay and I would come back again if we are back in the area."

"Gracias a Hilda por todo la ayuda a la buffet! The hotel was great, except the food could use some work. My wife is Gluten Free and Vegetarian and the buffet was a little difficult to find food which wasn’t mixed with her allergens. But the staff, the room, the pool, the drinks, and everything else were great! Also shoutout to Lalo at the beach- he was very helpful for our surfing adventures."
