An amazing farm filled with beauty inside the apartment and outside. Exceptional breakfast available. Superb host always ready to answer questions and filled with a deep knowledge about vineyards, olives, and fruit trees on his farm. Tranquil, peaceful, and also close to the delightful town of Piran. Delightful for young children with a variety of birds and chickens. Also, a playhouse provides sheltered creativity and play; a slide is adjacent to the playhouse. Private hot tub in this...

Perfect quality hotel. The building and the rooms are well maintained and clean. The staff if helpful and friendly. I don't know how it is in high season but in September it was excellent for the price. Highly recommended! The only negative thing is that it is quite tedious to find the place especially the parking...

Wow! A beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Quaint with very few rooms and very quiet. Loved the patio for coffee and/or drinks. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially at reception (super helpful with parking & check out). Everyone was so kind! Wouldn’t hesitate to come back! Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel and great staff. The view from a balcony room is worth any price.

Even in many five star hotels, the food is just very good. The food at your hotel was exquisite! The staff was wonderful, the location couldn't have been better, and the view was wonderful. We'll be back!

Nice, clean, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable bed, good shower, convenient location. Only issue is noisy at nice due to restaurants downstairs.

We toured Croatia and Italy for 17 days in late summer 2014 and this hotel was heads and shoulders above everywhere else we stayed. This has become the new comparison point for any hotel we'll be staying at in Europe for years to come. The room was large, clean, and well appointed with excellent finishings through out. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was exceptional- fresh pastries, fruit, eggs, meats, juices, cafe bar (not a press-button...
